Scorecard and enquiries

Scorecard answers are processed in your browser to calculate and display your report. Before viewing the report, the scorecard asks for your name and email address and optionally your mobile number, then sends those details, together with a score summary, through the website’s form-delivery provider to the recipient configured for the site. The report is displayed immediately and can be downloaded as a PDF. Refreshing or closing the page clears the current assessment. A PDF you download remains on your device until you delete it.

The enquiry form sends the details you submit through the website’s form-delivery provider to the recipient configured for the site. Do not enter confidential client, financial or health information into the form.

External services

Cloudflare hosts the website and processes technical connection information to deliver and protect it. Google Fonts supplies fonts and cdnjs supplies the PDF library. These requests expose connection information, including your IP address, to the providers.

Cookies and links

No advertising or analytics trackers are included in the current site code. The website may use necessary technologies for security. Book retailers, Forbes and WhatsApp links open external services with their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You can ask about personal information held about you and request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Other rights depend on the processing involved. Contact the email address above or raise concerns with the Information Commissioner's Office.
